It always lights me up to spend time with people who are living their passion. Felicity Cohen is one of those people. She has forged new pathways, driven to work through the challenges by her passion to help people live happier healthier lives.
Felicity is one of Australia’s leading pioneers in the movement to end obesity and weight-related disease and illness in children and adults. She is the founder of WLSA, an organisation that has been dedicated to helping end obesity in Australia, ‘allowing people the freedom to live without the need to manage lifestyle diseases but just to focus on living their best quality of life every day.’
It was fun to spend time sitting around the fire with her on her new podcast Wellness Warriors to talk about how Purpose and Presence can help us in our work, in our relationships and in creating a more enriching life. We also take a fun deviation into the words of creativity, intuition and my journey with The Jar of Dreams.
I hope you enjoy our chat as much as I did.
