Presence and its Role in Work, Relationships and Life

I am always inspired when I am lucky enough to sit with people who live courageously.

People who recognise fear and who know what it means to be momentarily paralysed by its weight, but who do not allow their life to be defined by it.

People who trust the soft voice of intuition over the noisy, self-limiting thoughts of our fixed-mind.

Natasha Stuart is one of these beautiful people and I am so grateful to have shared time, enjoying a wide-ranging and free-flowing chat about presence and purpose on her podcast this week.

Our conversation centred around presence and purpose and their roles in our work, our relationships and in creating a fulfilling life, but you may find other messages if you are looking for them amongst the words and the space in between.

The Natasha Stuart Podcast lives in these places:

iTunes

YouTube

I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did. If you would like to chat about anything that comes up for you while you listen, please feel free to get in touch. The easiest way is to drop me a message through the form at the bottom of the website or through my socials.

I am here for you.
